The Ace3ds cards won't register correctly as the game that you played in the 3ds log. But the internal menu has other advantages: it works much faster (no changing rom only every 2 seconds), it can run homebrew and you can use stuff like cheats. The difference between ace3ds+ and ace3dsx is that with ace3dsx, you have a switch to go to ntrboot . Generally just put put the homebrew .nds file on the SD and run it, just like a retail game. Some homebrew will need to be run from TWiLight Menu++, HBMenu, or GodMode9i.Just load one of those and load the homebrew from it.
